Using Foilstat

Foilstat is a free reference for Pokémon card and sealed-product prices, with optional tools for tracking favorites and a personal collection. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Prices are estimates, not advice

Every price, chart, total and percentage here is an estimate based on market data and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell, an appraisal, or financial, investment or tax advice. Collectibles can lose value. Check current listings and make your own decisions before you buy, sell, insure or report anything.

Accounts

You need an account for Favorites and Portfolio. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 13 or older (16 where local law requires it). You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Your content

What you enter (purchases, sales, expenses, marks) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the features work, and nothing more. If you link a Collectr showcase, you confirm it is your own. If you create a share link, you are choosing to show your items and their market prices to anyone who has that link; turn it off whenever you like.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or resell or republish its data;
• try to get into other people's accounts or data, or probe or disrupt the service;
• link or import a collection that isn't yours;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may limit or close accounts that do.

Trademarks and images

Foilstat is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK inc., or by any grading company or marketplace. Pokémon and all related names, card images and artwork are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners and are shown for identification only. If you own rights in something shown here and want it removed, email us.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and may change, be interrupted or shut down without notice. We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its data, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
